Oh, the memories. Waking up at 2:00 am, then again at 4:00 am, the spit-up and the little diaper surprises and of course you have the first day of school, the teenager years and getting them married off...I wouldn't have traded any of it for a million bucks. :D Enjoy these times, they disappear befo...

So I guess I'm just saying, don't base your opinion of 2004 on what it looks like when released (though I still think it will be quite good), base it on what we (modders) can do and will do with it. :D Indeed. If I hold out until its hits $20.00, you guys should have a package ready, so it will be ...

RDC is not that far off. Some of his/her points are very valid. That would be his. :) Don't get me wrong, gang. I am not saying that 2004 isn't a good game. It is UT after all, and UT continues to be the best arena game available. I just think they could have added something to the aging franchise ...

I'll probably be flamed for this :), but I am quite disappointed with 2004. First, the good points. The engine has been improved; I am actually able to run 2004 at higher settings than 2003. The look and feel is improved as well. Now, the bad. To me this feels like a "simple" tweaked versi...

I feel your pain. I haven't been able to find a programming job here in Texas for over a year. Been doing whatever I can find, mostly retail. They say things are getting better, but I don't believe it. "The Windex is on the end of aisle 4." "I need to see your drvier's license, Sir.&q...

Very cool, indeed. I especially like the news on the new CTF mode. Can't wait to see what you have cooked up there.

Setting Up for KOTH Maps

Since there is only a handlful of KOTH maps, I thought I would try and learn some mapping. Not havng ever having map a UT map, I am of course looking over the various tutorials on the net. I have figured out that I need to load the Chaos*.u files into the Actor browser to get the KOTH stuff. Now, my...

I just came across CUT2 from a mention by Jet after playing with his excellent King of the Hill mod. KOTH has become my favorite game and like Scorian, I am wondering if there are more maps out there? Maybe I need to learn how to make maps in UT. :) Great job guys. This is the best mod I have come a...
