Just outta curiousity...
Hey guys, i used to play Chaos for the original UT, but just got UT2003 after a two year break, and am pleasantly surprised to find the work well underway for the UT2003. However, since im not really up to speed and i would assume other first time visitors would not be, is there a current list of whats completed/being worked on/expected to be released in the first public version? And if not, is there any chance of a sticky post containing them? I looked around but couldnt find what seemed to be an official list, so feel free to correct me if one exists.

Just two questions:
a) what are these logo things you lost? EDIT: nm found it in the news archive on main site
b) Just for my personal amusement, any plans for a turrent? And since i hear that the new game has a vehicle system, are there any plans to develop a small sidemod utilizing them?
Oh, and hi Loq. Im doing good, figured 2 years playing everquest was enough for me and that it was time to move on. Just as luck would have it there was a new UT game waiting for me
Oh, and unlike last time, i doubt ill have to spam the boards for sig help this time around

How many types, and what features they will have is still being discussed.
You can rest assured we will have turrets. They may not make it into BETA 1, but just today DJ mentioned in the Chaos IRC that he's looking into them. I mentioned this in an email to R.Flagg, but is there any chance of having an option for my-team-only visible spray paint? If you wanted to make up a storyline reason it could be that the glasses/goggles people wear can see an invisible dye or some such.
Anyways would be useful in CTF like maps so you could have a teammate put arrows or something to show someone not experienced with the map the way around.
