Laser Minigun Possible?

I was wondering if it was possible to make a Laser minigun as in it shoots laser shots

I downloaded the Epic bonus pack and I tried unzipping it and it said it wasnt a valid Win32 application.....whats with that.

One of the mutators for UT2k3 assualt is an instagib minigun

The instagib minigun was part of the assualt mutator package. Ie install the assault mod and you will see it on your mutator list.
