It kinda gets on my nerves to be facing someone 1 on 1 and like lay a mine and the person be on the other side of the map and before they get to me, the mine itself explodes ruining the fun of them running into it. I think it would be nice if the mines had a longer time down before blowing up or not blowing up at all.
Also I think it would be cool for a superweapon to grenade that when it blows, it causes no damage but scatters fire mines or the yellow bally things all over the place. You could make it like a redeemer so you can guide it in place.

I'm not sure that permanent fire mines would lead to an enjoyable game : we'd end up running and firing grenades at the same time because there would be mines everywhere.
But I like the idea of a mine superweapon !!
The problem is that mines usually explode in a chain reaction, when they are close to each other, therefore one shot would be enough to kill them all.

Speaking of fire mines, should they stick to players? If I try to shoot a fire mine on someone, it goes right through them. It also seems like the fire mines go right through some static meshes. If you add the other weapons with different ammo classes in the INI, the pickup class is messed up (arena, etc.). Not sure if it is for all of them, but when I used Claw Fire Mine arena, the bots kept trying to pick up the weapons (and ruining the fun of the match). Maybe I better put this in bugs.
