simple. go into your unrealtournament.ini and near the top theres a line that says LogoMap- delete the CUT-LogoMap from that line and replace it with the original one.
I assume youre asking this becuse it doesnt appear in the Unreal Tournament Uninstaller list? go to add/remove programs and go to unreal tournament, click change/remove, and see if the logo map is in the list.
the first method works just as well, just doesnt actually delete the map file.
