Hi all,
I know it has been forever since I have been here on these forums. My life has changed a lot. I am out of the army new job ditched another wife (#3 for those of you counting) and really kind of started over. My best friend Kirk (Rimshot as most of you know him) sent me an email today and wanted me to share it with all of you.

Hey bud...
Thought i should take this chance to say i am ok, and give you a little update.
These damn ARCENT computers won't let me on the Forums for Dragonclan or
on the Chaos page.
I am on R&R in Qatar right now and i have the first 3 days off i have had in 6 months.
I ran into a friend the other day on the airfield, BTW i am at Samara East, North of Baghdad.
the 4th infantry band was there and i saw Cliff, that really good singer from germany.
I gave him all your phone numbers, he is getting out and is looking for work as a network
administrato. i got to play drums a little during their concert here.
He said he was gonna call you, hope he does, looks like it will be 50/50 whether or not i will
be back in time for christmas, looks like my brother-in-lam mark is gonna end up here for a year
sometime soon.
I am ok, i don't go out on the patrols anymore, so i haven't been shot at in a couple weeks, i will fill
you in when i get back, lots of stories to tell.
do me a favor and post on the boards to let everyone know i am ok and looking forward to getting
back soon, keep up the search for musicians, sabine told me that you are looking cuz the band broke up
hope things work out, missing Beer, Hooters and men's night out.
see you soon
Kirk

Hi everybody
Bwuuu Haaaa Haaa Haaa !!!
Found the backdoor around the damn army filters.
Go straight to the forums, skip the home page. they filter anything that says Game on the index page. Damn Internet Nazi's...
OK, I am very well, and hope to be out of this area in a few months. will sit down and tell you all my war stories then.
Just thought i would share a few of the things i have learned in the past six months...
1. There is nothing like the smell of diesel and burning poo at 6am in the morning.
2. Real RPG's don't sound anything like the counterstrike ones.
3. one in three RPG's will still ave the safety pins in them. (Iraqi's aren't to bright.)
4. A grown Iraqi will pee his pants very easily.
OOPs time is up, internet nazi's will only give me 30 minutes at a time.
will try to finish this later tonight. if not i will see you all soon, and fill you in on the rest.
Your buddy Rimmer...
