we had to buy a machine, which shall kinda decrease some of my brain
waves and increase other brain waves - but it does only support Trident
graphic cards - so I had get my Voodoo5 out and put that f**king card into
my mainboard (It was a "Trident Blade 3D 8MB"). Then I had to search
drivers in Internet (there even weren't any driver CD's in the product
box!!!

load a driver from their homepage. Even the Installation was difficult -
I had to manually edit the driver path to get the installation program
started. OK, after restaring I run UT - failed. I changed the render device
to D3D so could run it - the resolution was 640x480.
I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH UGLY GRAPHICS IN MY LIFE BEFORE - UGLY
WALLS , UGLY BOTS, UGLY EFFECTS, - EVERYTHING UGLY
Even my old Nvidia Riva128 is better than this card (altough it's much
slower) because it hasn't such ugly images.
I had to change resolution and graphical quality in UT - and even with
that it wasn't fast enough - lost my fun to play UT/CUT.
At least we have another PC (P4 " 2.0 GHz,GeForce4 MX460,256MB RAM)
With that PC it was fun to play UT, but I couldn't play any mods like
CUT or Atlantis and couldn't download maps etc. because this PC has
no Internet connection - and without CUT I have the feeling something's
missin' in UT...
Oh, I wish EMINEM could rap and diss this card...

Now , I know how worthy my Voodoo5 is...
At the other site,
Trident introduced his new card XP4.. I'm sure some of you might heard
about this because it's price is kinda a Deal - it cost's 100$ and Trident
says it has 80% the performance of a GF4 T4600 which means between
Ti 4200 and 4400. This card will released into retail market in a few
months and I hope and I'm 99% sure it'll rock - but what shall I do until
that time? Isn't there any way to export CUT system files into our other
PC to play CUT on it - please help!

Note: If Trident hold to his words - this card is a big fish in the water
because of it's performance due to the price - it's really a deal
- then I suggest to buy this card - if you're not waiting for
killer performance cards like ATI R300 (Radeon3?) and Nvidias
NV30 (GeForce5?)
Thanks's for support
