IRC help

OK heres the Deal , I have MIRC , but no clue as to how to use it , OR any other IRC program for that matter. Please help...

Dont have MIRC on this machine, but heres what you generally need:

Server: irc.chaoticdreams.org
Port: 6667 (think it defaults to this anyways, if theres not a seperate box for port then use irc.chaoticdreams.org:6667 as your server)
Channel: #chaoticdreams

Note that depending on how MIRC works, you might need to connect to server then type in /join #chaoticdreams

Or, if you are lazy like i was for the first week until i got MIRC set up.. start up the chaos shortcut, go to play online, go to chat. Its already set up so just click connect to server, then once its connected connect to the chatroom.
