IRC server

I havent been able to connect to irc.chaoticdreams.org in several weeks? anyone know whats up?

Not sure man. It's up and running, some of us are in it right now actually.

Have you tried the custom CUT2 shortcut for starting UT2003? Use that and the chat tab is already set to go there. Maybe try that see if it works?

What does using the cut shortcut have to do with connecting to an IRC server?

In the UT2k3 browser is an IRC client.

...and in the chaos short cut we auto-set it to the #chaoticdreams channel.

If you fire up the shortcut, hit Play Online, then go to the chat tab.. all you gotta do is hit the connect buttons.

Also: this happened at my college, but sometimes the connection is delayed for a minute or so, probably because furry has a security measure of some type. So when i connect, i usually hit connect as soon as i get to the computer then spend the time it takes to connect getting settled in for whatever im going to be doing
