Any Plans for more melee weapons?

well,i hope it will hit more often than the daggers,90% of the times i attack with a dagger i block

it could be cool to have melee weapons that match each race, egyptian weapons for the egyptian characters. Beam or energy weapons for the aliens or bots, or whatever else you guys can come up with.

Lead pipes for the juggs ,double Scalpels for the nightmare , and handheld tazers for the mercs.

Custom models go by the same species grouping as the default models.

Although some models do have custom species'. Not many.

Yea, I can just see Effigy running around with a giant plastic clown mallet

One weapon that I think would be interesting is claw-type weapons(wolverine-ish)

Isn't that more to do with incompatability with online play?
Effigy for example, has a whole mess of custom sounds and such, but you have to default him to a 2k3 structure for it to work online
