Two weeks


The Chaotic Dreams™ team reserves the right to refer to a "Week" as any period of time they so desire. A week's length can vary greatly , and can potentially fall anywhere between a span as short as two days , up to a span as long as sixteen months.

Kaboodles - we're not being vague just to annoy or for suspense or some weirdness like that. The fact is it's just hard to tell right now.

The coders are working very hard to get everything working on the new engine, but it's just one of those things where until they get to each item, it's unknown exactly what issues await them. Some things I guess turn out to be more tricky than others.

All I can say is that we don't want it to take any longer than is needed. We would reallly like to have an '04 Chaos to play as well.

TKATK - the Kamikaze is an AWO function of the Claw2/needler. So you can only perform this move when you have access to that weapon. (can't use the Claw2 when driving a Scorpion for example)

vernies_garden - I doubt we will be doing akimbo for all weapons kinda thing, but I'd bet you could find a mutator out there for that somewhere.

(Oh, and think SpyProxy! :lol: News update prolly today or tomorrow.)

good point , I dont think we thought of that anyway (or at least I hadnt)

perhaps we could let you Start KAMI , and then grab onto the enemy Vehicle , then Kaboom!!! no more vehicle , no more you . . .

If you Kami'd inside a vehicle, I would think there would a loud muffled bang and then smoke would come out of the vehicle...

Then nobody would want to go in there... hehe

welll,maybe make it so that a kami is like a invisible vehicle you cant get out

Why not have the vehicle blow up with you? Just like when you destroy a vehicle, it blows up, tumbles in the air, kills anyone it lands on, then sits there smoking for a couple seconds. :D

If you would make that vehicles can be blown up you could better make a seporate self destruct option with a bigger explosion then normal that does more damage. The special weapon key could be used for the self destruct option (double tab special weapon key to trigger selfdestruct for preventing mistakes).

niice,tho the flowing magma thing in it still looks lke gravy,darken it a bit?

oh. let me be the first to tell you that the effects in that shot are chicken scratchings compared to the newer effect . . .

It sure looks impressive but it WILL do better damage than the crap-for-damage fireworks called grenades right?

The grenades are nice but they're more pretty than anything: the fire grenades do pitiful damage considering they're fire and all. I'm hoping that'll do more damage and not just be a pyrotechnic show. :)
