Zenny did a fairly good job with that system.

I don't know how he coded it, but shouldn't the IRC channel have #chaoticdreams instead of chaoticdreams?

So far there hasn't been a mod at ModWorks that deserves a 1 and the mods that made it to the top 10 none of them deserve lower than a 7... Just ignore the idiots that rate gr8 mods...
