Neither do i.

Try using the quote button instead of the reply button.

...and it doesn't appear to be a problem with selfquoting either...

Try unticking the 'Disable BBCode in this post' box - there should also be a more permanent solution in your control panel.

For some reason (beyond all reason ), BBCode is not used by default when you first sign in .
