Wow I was done smoking a cig and drinking a soda before I was finished reading the news update...

Yea things are starting to come around now. Now we are going to look more so at ONS and AS to ensure we are "chaotic" for those games. For example I just tweaked the Needle Bomb so it now sticks to all ONS vehicles better.

Will cutter blades and standard arrows or needles be able to damage vehicles?

I wouldn't fire an arrow at a car and expect it to do a whole lot myself..... I'd make just the explosive arrows do damage, just IMO

I'd love to see someone get an arrow headshot on a driver... The car would keep going for a bit, but the driver's head wouldnt...
