Were already on 2k4! if you mean when will we release , thats the Fifth. Saturday!Barring unforseen disastorous circumstances!
As to what isnt making it in in this PR , "Generally" Everything you've recently seen is making it in . the Exception being DoC , Defenders of Chaos. That one just couldnt be done in time and got put on hold.

Hoverboard might not make the cut either. Its sorta there but got put on the backburner. There is a chance that we will get to work on it in the coming weeks and maybe have it in our first patch. Too early to be definate though other than to say it is just not ready.
