Hello. I was wondering when the file comes out *prays to god* at 9 pm tonight *continues praying*, Am i allowed to host the file on my website?

Yes, of course you can.
Once we have released any version on our web site, you can do whatever you want with it, as long as it's left intact, not sold, and all that crap.
