Release 3: You guys rule

I'm currently downloading CUT3, so I haven't played it yet. But i just wanted to say that you guys are really great. Anything that makes the community as excited and interested as your work does helps not only UT2k4, but every other mod out there by keeping the creative spark alive. Good luck in the MSU. Hope to see everyone on the Duel servers!

I so agree.

This MOD brings alot of fun! There are always moments in the game when u just HAVE to laugh because it's so damn funny at times

And some kills, geez

Amen this rocks.

I loved ChaosUT for UT99. -I'm one of the many that skipped UQT2k3 altogether and decided to take a chance on 2k4. Well, I'm glad to see Epic have redeemed themselves and done 2k4 right and the Chaos team getting a 2k4 version out so quickly.

the best is

ChaosDM:A person does the killing shot and he is shown as a victor,but the strange thing is,he was skeletonized,shot by the ERDW at the exact same time of fraggin

there is no greater feeling than waterskiing on a scorpion...

it's all very amazing, but i have to say my favorite thing is by far the grappling hook

Yep, the grappling hook is sweet indeed. Soooo much can be done with it.

-On the right (open) maps, it's damn fun havin' melee duels when both of ya are danglin' around way up.

I'm really learning how to use it well again.

Oh and I cannot stress this enough..........it's great too for leapin' yurself out of a bind when for example yur getting raped by 3-5 peeps -LMAO.

I actually have a chance to play with my son last night. First time I got a chance to really just PLAY. Anyways we played the new Duel Arena map. He got on one of those long spikes and I was still on the ground. He was saying naw nah naw you can't get me. As I was trying to jump and hit him. No sooner then he said that, then I jumped up finally timed it right, hit him with the mace than sent him flying into one of the buzz saws...CLASSIC!

I'm gonna have to get Chaos and install it on my main UT2k4 install. I'm so buried in dev builds by now that I don't actually have the same version all the fans are playing.

I once used the grappling hook to grab onto an enemy Raptor just as it was taking off.

It took me a couple tries to realize that you need to press G fast to keep yourself from touching the Raptor, which is fatal. But if you get it right (I did, eventually), you trail the enemy and can fire on them at will (but make sure they're flying relatively low, first, unless you have a parachute or something).

The Grappling Hook is the best thing in this mod.

Or if you dont have that.. the shieldgun can reduce falling damage by aiming the secondary fire down when you hit the ground.
