my friend hav a BIG problem installing chaos ut please help

hi here what my friend said:

hi CHAOS UT IS EEEEEEEEEEEVIL
i downloaded zip, but after putting everything IN THE CORRECT FOLDER
AND downloaded the latest patch of UT2004 itwon't run, it says it's missing a map but the map is under the chaos folder in UT2004 if i put it in the normal maps folder he starts up but in NORMAL UT2004 NOT IN CHAOSUT.......
i also tried umod but it won't run... the website in the readme file wasn't really much help .............

Did he by any chance try Chaos before getting the patch? That's a common cause of getting the 'Can't find ChaosNoIntro.ut2' problem. Solution: Delete ChaosUT2.ini and ChaosUT2User.ini in Chaosut2\System.
