Settings errors

When i look under Chaos in settings, it shows a window for server settings, like wepaons:all chaos, Bot graplle on/off that type of thing, how do i fix this?

Fix what; what exactly is the problem? Our options are supposed to be in the Settings menu.

even if they both seem alike,bug and feature arent the same

why would you want to fix it

i know but it shows server settings...is that supposed to be like that?

It will only affect Server Settings when you are the one running the game - Instant Action, or possibly logged in as admin. (and only at level change anyway I expect)

then where do i find the stuff like your spray paint logo, and all that?

In the chaos client settings.

Should be one of the tabs on the settings menu, if not, its in the ingame escape menu, if its not there.. something is wrong or incompatible. Finally.. if none of those other places work.. it should ALWAYS be in the mutator config (add chaos to your mutator list, click configure mutators, then open up the chaos section)
