I cannot play online with or without mods. Only ChaosUT2 works online. My other mods and regular Unreal 2004 just say "Connection Failed"

Anyone know if the master server went down again?

if you start UT2004 using the actual UT2004.exe in the UT2004\System folder.. does this still occur?
