ChaosUT 99, and webadmin UTGOTY ed

Can anyone tell me why when I run a dedicated server with chaos UT and the webadmin feature enabled that the headsup display mutator and the chaos kick mutator become unrecognisable to the server? If I set benabled=false then it works. Can someone tell me why this happening, and how I can fix it? I need the webadmin

Hmm... I've been running our UT99 server for a while, haven't noticed that issue... guess I will have to check it out... will post back tonight what I find for ya and any questions I may have for you.
