custom maps are stored...where?

where do all these neat ut2k4 and chaos custom maps i download from servers go? i cant find them under their respective map directories.....

get a proggy like Cache Translator 2k4,that should bring em up,theyre in the cache folder,unusable until decrypted

no, google took me to multiple sites that briefly mention the prog and one that might actually have it but they require that i sign up for their uninspired bs of a site to obtain it.

8) Here's 4 freebies you can try at your liesure.

If you don't like them, you can convert the files manually by finding the file names in your Cache folder's cache.ini file. Then find the corresponding .uxx file in the Cache folder and rename it to the appropriate file name and extention. Then move the files to their proper folders and Viola! they can now be played in offline practice games.
