The process is more less like so:

You have some skill in mod making (Coding, Map making, Modeling, Texture artist, ect). You come to us offering your help and provide samples. If we need help in that area (pretty much always need help in many areas) and we think you going to stick around we offer you a trial membership. During this time your task to comple some work. You also get access to the development section. Where you can read up on our future plans, contribute your ideas, get test builds, ect. This allows you to see if you "fit" in with us and the direction that the mod is going. As well as us to see if you do the same. There has been cases were after awhile we or the person did not see eye to eye and decided it was best not to continue. Thats fine too. Not everyone is going to work out. But if after this trail phase is over and every one is still happy, then a vote between the 5 "elder" member is taken. If you pass the vote your in (so far everyone that has gotten that far has passed the vote).

I know other teams may do this differently but time in the past we have been burned using other methods....

So that's where my soul went... I was already looking for it. ;)

 No refunds. No exchanges.

Hehe, they are simply making fun. Fun of the fact that once folks join the Chaos Team, I will never let you alone.

But don't misunderstand please, I am not the team leader, that would be Mr. Jb. Nor am I even a content creator, I don't have the talent these guys have.

But what they allow me to do is Quality Assurance testing - and nag, nag, nag. Quite simply, if I think you can do better, I will tell you (I am not here to blow smoke up some modder's butt, with a bunch of idol worship flattery, just because they're good at what they do. That's not real productive). Thus the jokes.

Just wanted to clear that up.

Hey R.flagg, what's the selling price of a soul these days? I might buy a couple extra, you never know when they'll come in handy.

Hehe. Wish I could remember a good quote from Needful Things right now...., as I imagine Leland Gaunt would have had a good answer to that one.
