construtive crits to neoliths female model
Please dont understand this crits wrong I dont want you to get angry.
I only want to help you to improve your work.
I hope you can improve your model with my crits.
I like your model very much but i found something really strange on your model.
look at this
If you fix that, your model would be much better.
The head needs a bit improvement but the only crit i can find on it is that the head is a bit too long and she just smiles a bit too much for me.
And trust me I know how hard it is to model heads.
I modeld only one nice head so far. Yes I have to practice much.
But I have no time or motivation

One thing you have to take into consideration that ofcourse you have no way to know is that the model was not designed to fit the Skeliton that it is rigged to. I have Neo's origional max files, and that flaw is not in the max files. Its caused by the Rig and animations. Origional he was going to create its own biped, but then we did the melee system, and he wanted it to be compatable with that.

Well, I don't think that can be done that easily. I would have to rebuild a lot of parts of the mesh.Bananasalat wrote:ahh ok ...
so it cant be fixed ??
As LoQ already said - the model was never thought to be forced onto the vanilla rig.
As you can see in the max files, the model itself doesn't have these ugly deformations:
Notice how very different the shoulders look compared to the ingame shots?
I am going to blame Epic for the problems as their skeletal system doesn't allow for motion inheritance across different rigs.
And as you already know, a custom skeleton was impossible due to melee...
And concerning the face problems, well, I'm getting better I think:
