I have been thinking about setting up a Chaos Vehicle Invasion server between 1800 GMT and 2300 GMT on most days. In my opinion, Vehicle Invasion is the best way to play Chaos. I always run it at local conventions and everyone loves it. If I'm lucky, one of these days I'll be able to run a 24/7 server.

It is kinda fun, but just like real RPG's people spend a lifetime and a half building up an uber character, and if you try breaking into the scene later in the release (like me), it's impossible to level unless you find a game with 2 or fewer people in it. Otherwise they kill everything while you spend a half an hour emptying flak into one guy, only to have a stray shot that does X8 your normal damage kill it off.
RPG is fun, but unfortunately there are people who have no lives who are über leveled up as said before. One way to get around this is to make levelling up much harder, and to put stat caps on. It's really fun on LAN, though.
well i am always on the RPG servers encouraging admins to put in non-unreal weps. like chaos for instance. you guys have adjusted to be most compatible with rpg, right? so what would be the problem? anyway, if all goes well i will have my own rpg server up and it will have a mix of weps. strangely, i have the claw 2 to replace the mine layer. the proxies just remind me of the spider mines, except a lot more complicated to code. i will also feature the relics system. i will have to take out the vamp ability from the rpg game plus regen, ghost, and ultima. or take out vengeance, vamp, regen, or redemtion from the relics. what would be the point of having a vamp relic if you have the vamp ability? unless you get twice the health for each damage you do. same with regen. redemtion will crash with ghost. same with vengeance and ultima. i also have extracted the night watch mut from the xxx mut pak so that will be on as well. plus i will have new gametypes and for all maps i will take only high quality ones. unless the map is as fun as hell.

I'm new to this mod but I freekin' love it. I use the same name on the servers and have seen a couple of u guys. Duel is about all I play unless it's empty which case I just look for ppl playing at all. Yep, this and desert combat mod for bf1942 is about it for me these days.
