Chaos Settings (GUI Tweak)

FYI,

in the new version we tried to tweak some of the items we had with the old version that we were not 100% happy. For example the GUI Chaos Settting did not flow well. So we tweaked it as so:

Looks a lot tighter than the old one.

Can't really make any judgements until I get to check it out in the next PR I suppose...

Thanks guys. The old version was not bad, just it did not flow as well as this one (we had client options, then server, then client, ect). Pep, that vortex limit could be used by people so I dont want to get rid of it just yet....

What does it do though? It seems like a setting that is in one of the mobo maker's BIOSes that when questions are sent in to the call center about it the techs only response is "Don't mess with it. We don't know exactly what it does. You mess with it, your computer may crash." (Side note: That really is true although it didn't happen to me. I paraphrased a bit so the exact wording may be wrong. I believe the mobo was an ASUS.)

what?vortex limit?

it sets how many vortexes can be sucking thingy's in at the same time

0=inflinite
1=1
2=2
3=Jabba the hut
4=Clonetroopers

i may have messed something up there

Another tweak, this time to ensure the ChaosCTF can see both CTF and vCTF maps in the web admin interface:

However not sure if we have time to get the vCTF maps to show up in map vote...just not getting it to work correctly yet. But meh....

bout those vortexes limit i dont really think that in a online game of chaosDM people will launch upto 50 vortexes ?????? even though if this possible then i guess the vortexes limit can be used not to make the server crash
