Small error occurs in Chaos UT2
My escape button seems to become non-functional
I am forced to exit thus using console

Hehe. This has happened to me a lot, but it is in no way connected to Chaos UT.

You simply unbound your escape key to the menu, probably by accident. You'll have to bind the escape key to the menu again.

To be more specific, in the user.ini file for the game (or when running the chaos mod, its ChaosUT2user.ini in the ChaosUT2\System folder), and scroll through the keybinds. There should be one for escape, change it to the following:

Escape=ShowMenu
