As always we try to fix every bug. But the sad truth is we miss some. Please report all bugs you find here so we can work to ensure they are corrected for in the next version.
Please note you need to have UT2004 v3323 patch or greater!!!!

small weps option is ignored on the HB
2 log errors every time a bot shoots with CUT and UTRPG active
(FROM 3.5)sometimes if a player dies with a shield a yellow ring is left behind

but a new one has come in!
the multi-headed players!
When headshotted with the crossbow it seems that you can now survive,and here comes the screen of the result

Deleted ChaosUT ini before restart. I will see about the UT2004 ini.

By the way what you mean do you mean back up? Do you mean to put the current ones somewhere else and then start UT so new ones are created?\
Edit: backed up and restarted with a new ini, but did not help. I think there may be an issue with the temple knight model.

The chaosUt2 ini has all the paths you mentioned. I notice that my logs almost exclusively seem to focus on the Templar Knight model and there is no path to the upl nor model upl for it from what I see.

Vampire Mutator not working since patch
The log shows:
