Chaos ATV:
The next vehicle! An all terrain vehicle along the lines of the Hellbender, but with a forward mounted grappling hook for the driver to play with.
Call it the Storm Ranger or something.
Weapons could be rapid fire needler (both needles and nedle bundles) with a FireMine layer in back. Or something better. The point is, a vehicle with teh grappel.

Its not bad but we are going to tweak how we design vehicles going forward... The main idea is we wanted to take a look at what is out there...find the gaps. Then fill with...Chaotically
I like the idea of a vehicle with a grappling hook. Maybe it can have two modes: normal grapple and towline. The towline wouldn't retract, and would be capable of pulling other vehicles around (maybe even allow it to attach to players and drag them around doing all kinds of damage). That would be loads of fun.
I prefer changing the grapple so that instead of damaging players and instantly rectracting, it grabs them and starts pulling. It should depend on whether the grappler or the victim is standing or crouching.
If both are standing or in mid-air, they pull each other. If one is crouching and the other isn't, the uncrouched one is pulled. If both are crouched, then they are just attached to each other.
A completely realistic grapple line would be absolutely awesome. Realistic grapple > all
Also, I want to be able to sacrifice my grapple ability to attach two or more vehicles together. 4 raptors carrying a tank would be awesome.
driver:
primary: uses a machine gun.
secondary: lays down some mines that activate when ANYTHING gets near. gives a 3 second delay before arming.
second person: guy using the towing machine
primary: launches the grapple. press again to release or to retract while in flight.
secondary: stop retraction once it has latched onto something. after first use or when the grapple is not flying it uses a laser turret-like gun.

That would, indeed, kick ass to the nth degree, but it would kill grapple for duel.
With the new MUG flame, that would look terrible, but we always make new emitters when needed. I don't think anything gets reused. Keeps things looking fresh and professional.

if attached vehicle speed -5%,to make it still possible to attach to friendly vehicles without much problems, but to also make it a good option for slowing down enemies?
