what about using a separate folder for the spraypaint textures and then having an in game feature that reads that folder and gathers the available sprays from there. Sorta like how it finds what maps you have.

Well you can do this for client side. But whats the point of client side only? The real good stuff would be for on-line games and Epic has already cut that option out....

Yes, but if someone adds the files to their server packages, people'll still get them. All this would do is make it easier to
1) add new ones
2) upgrade chaos
3) distribute the spraypaint files
4) add more default ones

1. it's just drag and drop, no editing of the ini file
2. you wouldn't have to edit the ini if you overwrote it in an upgrade
3. you wouldn't have to tell people to edit the files, they'd just put the file into a spraypaint folder and all of them would be added
4. you wouldn't have to change any files, you'd just stick an extra file or two in.
