How do I make it so the mod starts atomacley.

Read the readme/help
or just add -mod=ChaosUT2 to the end of your UT2004 shortcut so it looks something like C:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe -mod=ChaosUT2

Or shortcut to C:\UT2004\ChaosUT2\StartChaos.bat
