cd key is no good

I purchased this game fro m a friend of mine a while back and I thought I would try the online experience. Everytime I have tryed, keeps telling me that the cd key is already used or invalid. Can somebody help out with this situation?

and thats why you should only buy from stores or order from legit websites

As per our conversations last night, the updates that we gave you should do the trick as long as your friend is not still using the game and that cd key.

If you have more problems, or this doesnt work for you let us know

well looks like I need to make a trip to the game store and get a fresh copy then.
