all weapons seem to be missing

Ok, had to a reinstall and updated my ut2003 to 2225. I grabbed the umod. applied. It seems like the weapons just aren't there. I can get into all the chaos settings but when I go to the weapons tab under settings only the default ut2003 weapons show

do the weapons show up in the game when you play a chaos game?

And its been awhile but thought you had to edit the ini to get the chaosweapons to show up in the normal ut2k3 weapons list...
