He is still trying to get it set up. He had to move his whole group from a location that was located right off compass (on the border) to a brand new location right in the middle. There were over 200+ users that he had to move and sadly there were some issues. And our server is a bit lower on the todo list vrs his work stuff

He will get to it asap... and I am soo sorry for the delay.

Just got off the phone with him...looks like the server room did not have proper AC. The current temp of that room is 90 and anyone here that knows about server rooms, thats really really bad. They have a better cooling solution on the way but no ETA yet. So not sure how it will impact us... maybe we should look at another possible host...just this one had a really good price
