Missing Maps

Greetings from New Zealand!

Just installed the latest Chaos, unfortunately a number of maps do not appear, most especially the Duel Maps, the checkbox for official maps only, is checked and it won't let me uncheck it.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

DJO,

can you post your ChaosUT2.log file (usally in the ut2004\chaosut2\system location) as that should tell us why the maps are not loading. Sorry for your trouble.

What we have seen is Chaos balk when there are other errors from other mods in the past.

What of chaos does work? Can you play a game of Horder Hunters? See the weapons, ect? Just trying to figure out things to help.

Hal, and ideas as he is another MAC users.

TKATK has posted a fix for the 'official maps only - no Duel maps' thingy before...

Hi again ,

re: Chaos;

Well, I reinstalled, no joy, then l trashed the Chaos folder in App support then reinstalled again and all maps are there.

Don't know what the problem was but its working so lm happy!

You suggest l may have other problems? I guess l don't play UT 2004 enough lately to have noticed.
I appreciate the help and time greatly and thanks also for the tip on official maps only checkbox.

Oh no, not if everything is working for you. Jb was just pointing out some errors in the log, that may in fact have reasons behind them that you can clean up.... but if everything is working and you're having fun, than only worry about it if you want to.
