ChaosUT2 DM only 50% ?

Just wondering if this is by intention. When playing ChaosUT2 Deathmatch, it seems that Chaus weapons spawning randomly with normal weapons .. For example : Sometimes you got a Redeemer, sometimes a Vortex ...

In the chaos options menus, go to Configure Weapons.

Select the dropdown, and make sure it is on swap instead of cycle.

Swap means chaos weapons replace other weapons, cycle means they cycle back and forth randomly.

However, note that because of the way chaos puts weapons into the game via weaponbases (assuming this hasnt changed since i coded for Chaos), if the map author does not use a weapon base to spawn weapons, default weapons might spawn instead. Its not extremely common, but it happens.

You can do it on the remote admin, like so:

Also: "In order to set the various ChaosUT2 settings through the Remote Web Admin, you must first add the Chaos mutator to your games - even the Chaos game types. "

Can probably do it right in the command line as well, Jb or Jedi can prolly help you there, I forget what the magic words are.

I don't have that option .... Unfortunately I don't have access to the commandline in the moment .... And adding the part to uweb as mentioned in the readme is not possible since I use the server not only as chaos ...

If you have FTP access, open up the ini file for the server, find the section labelled:

[ChaosGames.ChaosUT]

There should be an entry under it called WeaponOption.

I forget which corresponds to which, but try settings 0, 1, and 2.
