I was just so mad I had to vent. And it made me feel better. Bottom line is they pretty much have the law on their side and used underhanded tactics and mice type to legally steal money from us. And we don't have much to begin with.
But, lesson learned. Banks these days are basically to be avoided at all costs. We've moved to a credit union.
