In PELLET MODE adv will cycle through multiple ammotypes. IE if fire ammo is held , there will b the option to use molten pellets which cause more damage and have 1in10chance of igniting enemy, or if ice is available , frozen pellets , these shatter on impact , causing a small radius of splash damage(around2feet) upon impact.
I like the different ammo ideas. I like Pepito's Weapon Option, suggestions too. Im having plenty of fun as is, this would be cool as hell.

Thinking on the Freeze aspect of this gun more, it would have to do little damage and take long to swithc to another weapon, otherwise 1 hit with a Freeze Gun (if it had a long freeze time, on the target) would be an easy kill. oh well.

Great job on the Mod so far. I love the Grapple in all forms in any game. I'm glad to have it in Ut2k3.

maybe you can freeze someone to the ground so other people can just blast the person to shreds. itd be cool if the fire made peoples ammo discharge all over the place.

Just a Random thought , but what if , with a controlled spray of the MuG in freeze mode , you could freeze Projectiles in midair (yeah midair , screw physics). an added incentive to get the mug.

Also , the MuG will affect proxies right. Imagine a pack of them , frozen to the ground , cursing.

shoot some frost out and use it like a sword... or like a harpoon gun as adv. option. harpoons kick ass.

I love the idea of being able to take a frozen shard and use it like a sword... But, spawning random pickups (essentially, that's what you'd have to do) could look cheesy and cause problems. So, maybe it only works if you freeze someone who's using a sword, they'd then drop a frozen version of the weapon. In fact, it could work with any melee weapon. So you could get an axe too. Maybe the frozen weapon would have double damage, but if you try to block with it, it will break the weapon...

Just a suggestion , before you complete the fire aspect of the Mug , look at the Flamethrowers of other games , A great Flamethrower effect would be something like that seen in Return to castle wolfenstien/enemy territory , a decent Flamethrower effect would be like The U2 Flamethrower... A poor flamethrower effect would be like the flamechucker(no offence to Flamechucker , I just feel this team could do way better.)

Don't wanna be bossy , just wanna get my opinion in before it's too late.

Not sure where to put this as this is not really a bug and I been wanting to post this for awhile, but forgot. The Cutter ammo pack pickup range seems to be a bit mess up. You have to walk into the middle of the ammo pack to pick it up or somewhere close.

Well we not to that point yet but for now we may just add to the player that your pushing a new velocity. So vector math would take his current velocity the add in the new velocity and thus his final velocity would be the resultant. Remember velocity is a vector so we are talking good ol vector math here

So what does this mean jb, that my idea might make it in, your thinking about it, or what?

You quoted the wrong person, NeoNight posted that, not me :( (Cluster Rockets idea).

I'm not sure if giving the MUG too many ammo types would be a good idea, I know it is suppose to have a lot of uses, but too many of them might be a problem.
