Okay, I want to know. Is there any definite way to perform the different unique air attack moves for the different weapons? (i.e. Spinning around with the daggers)
Because I'll be damned if I can figure out a sure-fire way to do those moves.

Yes... though only a couple of them have it, its the same for them all.
Ill give you a hint: it doesnt matter if you double jump or not, but rather depends on the something else in the jump itself.

sorry guys, i haven't read the whole thread because right now i don't have the time, but just incase it hasn't been suggested:
I suggest that you guys make the button able to be held to ready an attack.
If i hold down the button, my attack should rear up and get ready to strike, then strike upon release
,
at its current configuration, it is hard to land the blows precisely.

hard? You mean skill requiring. Implementing this would take away all the skill required....

but it could possibly make melee more fun , by making it more accessable to the masses. . .
but I dont think there will be any major (and Few if any minor) changes to melee at this point.

There would still be skill required to dodge melee attacks, and dodging would be more difficult because it would be easier for others to attack. It wouldn't be like the game would be made extremely easy after a change like that.

I think that it would. But then again, that's just me...
Besides. this system is completely against what you're proposing, I think that it'll take a lot of work to convert it. Someone say yes or no?

Imo such drastic change's are not required, that would flip melle around in the way of tactics

Well, i will say that i was quite disappointed when i found out that there was no way to hold an attack with the primary fire. It made it quite irritating.

Btw, i mean hard as in "A pain in the ass" hard.
I don't like this anymore than someone likes having 500 to 700 ms for their ping.

Well a lot of us are quite good at it.
The trick is to learn and master the system.

That's exactly the way it should be anyways!

It's strategy. It's about who gets the first shot in, but in close combat where the other opponent constantly chases you, you don't have that option. So it could work either way.

I'm not sure if you realize, but the way that it currently is has a lot of strategy too.

I vote against the change
