how do you remove the proxy announcer from your computor?

the title says it all...
as it interferes with Anti TCC (what ever that is) so you get kicked from online games.

That never happened to me before either. Sounds like you might have either an outdated version or a botched install.

thats the likely cause...becouse no sounpack should interfere on a good install

There should only be a problem (in any form) with the proxy announcer and anti TCC in normal UT2004, and that assumes you added it in by hand (assuming you installed correctly).

Also i think it would only be a problem anyways if you had it selected, so deselecting it should work....

Actually i have had the same thing happen to me,I was getting online to play someone i think it was on call of duty and got that same TCC message.seems to be somekind of anti-cheating software.I had for sound's for models set on proxy's.As soon as i put it back on default NO more problum.That also happend playing regular UT-2004 online and i had to get rid of prox'ys voices.Again no more problum
