How do i create a icon for the desktop?

ok before i installed it and i belive there was a icon and was on my desktop, well i put it there. Then i uninstalled it cause at the time couldnt get to work cause i ddint have ece, so now i reinstalled it and it works but i cant find any .bat files or anything. So how would i get a icon for my desktop, any idea's?

Discard this, or if someone doesnt no
C:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe -mod=ChaosUT2

What u do is on desktop do right click the new short cut. Then insert that
