ini Value for relics

Does anyone know the ini input for throwing the relic? i tried throwrelic (from throwweapon) but that doesnt work

Also ive read the page on how to install the proxy announcer, but it doesnt make any sence to me. Am i supposed to open up ChaosGames.ucl and add those lines in? if so how do i open it? (its one of those files that 'Windows cannot open'). Plz Help!

check Options>Input>Configure keys(you should be able to bind them ingame)

Open the Chaosgames.ucl with notepad or a similiar proggy(NOT WORD)

nope none of them worked, i cant bind the keys in game, whether there is a configuration or something gone wrong somewhere along the lines.

and pasting that ucl line into ChaosGames.ucl doesnt work either - is that all i had to do? is there a certain place in the file that i have to put it?

are you in ChaosUT2 when minding the key's via community menu?
Chaos should be at the bottom(relic dropping should be next to grappling,awo,ammo change and other CUT stuff)

The chaosproxy annouce should be installed automatically.

The key bindings should work. There maybe two chaosut section in your key binding menu. If thats the case, always use the top one. If that failes you can open up the ChaosUT2User.ini (usally found here C:\UT2004\ChaosUT2\System). Then find the key you want to use, say Y, then add mutate DropRelic to it..

like so:

Y=mutate DropRelic

thats still a negative on both, ive been using the ini values since the beginning to calibrate my keys and the drop relics work now, but the only ingame menu relating to chaos is the 'Chaos' tab in the settings menu (configure spraypaint / meelee weapon ect.). It may be the copy i got off a friend, who in turn, got it off a friend, so ill see if i can get a fresh copy and reinstall it.

When i got the mod it already had his player name and everything in under ChaosUT2User, so im guessing he installed it, played it a little, and then copied it for us. In the process, probably loosing some files. Thanks for the help anyways!

Yeah man, get yourself a new copy, and make sure to do a clean sweep of the dirty laundry before reinstall.

dont worry, it will only be anout the 4th time ive reinstalled UT because of stupid little errors, oh well another day, another reinstall!

yeah i know, but in the process of confunsingly installing chaos without the ECE bonus pack i kinda changed some of the UT 2004 files before i backed them up (i normally do it) so WHEN i get, ill just do a clean sweep of everything
