Newest version?

Okay so it's been like.... a long while now.

What is the latest version of Chaos out? Still 3.6?

Wasn't there another version being worked on with the CA-12 shotgun? I'm sure of it.... how far along is that?

Still 3.6. Development, and the entire UT2k4 mod scene, has slowed down significantly (look at frag ops, they haven't done anything flash or interesting at all recently, the 2.16 patch doesn't count). Things do seem to be speeding up a bit (to me at least), and the fact that summer is upon us is a good thing, as certain team members have more time off now to work on the mod.

Indeed. I'm a nice example. I'm not CUT tream member (yet), but I've got an entry as a mapper, all I need to get is my "CUT mapper diplomma". I asked to be a mapper a month, 2 ago, but didn0t have any time. So basically now I can finally make some maps. And AM making some.

I hope they implement some of the fan weapon ideas. That would be cool. I've pretty much gotten used to the weapons that are in the game, a nice set of originals would rock.

Same here guys. Now that summer is upon us, I will begin making a few maps. All my projects failed so far so, I hope best of luck on my work!( at least its SOMETHING.)

PR3.6 is still the current one.

We have had a lot of set backs. Some are know others will remain private. We are still trying to get something newer out ASAP. We have addressed many of the short commings of the last version. And have add just a few things small things so it wont be totally just a bug fix version. Wish we had more to offer...

Really, just the new version with the shotgun would be good enough for me.

I can at least alleviate the wait with Postal 2. It may not be a great game, but it is somewhat fun to mindlessly butcher people. I'm proud to have not wasted my money on it.

Same thing here, with the summer upon us, I'm going to finish my maps and redo my websites. Make some CUT movies perhaps,

Yea its kind of a bummer in the past we have had lots of help around Summer time...but not this year...

I remember hearing somewhere that an IR update has already been made, with the chaos bike and hoverboard fixed. If that version were released, I think it would help a lot. I don't know the specifics, but maybe you could cut off the 'in development' parts of the mod and just give us the vehicle fixes, that would be nice

Yeap thats in the next release but not sure when that will be....
