I directed a friend to the chaos website, and he wanted to know what the Chaos mod was. Surprisingly, that's actually not too easy to find out! Here's what he said to me about the whole thing:

Sounds like he's obsessed with 'about' pages, to be honest. The manual for example, does not require him to read about "using/installing/developing". There's a link for "weapons", "features", and so on.
But anyway, the bottom line is that we are looking (again) for a volunteer web person. There's a million different ways you can lay that stuff out, and we're open to new ideas. But that also means we can't promise your buddy that there will be an "about" button that pleases him. He just might have to be willing to click on other words as well.
