Cant Find serverpackage that doesnt even exsist

we have instaled chaos on our server, and i am getting a cant find serverpackage error. but its looking for a file called ChaosUTMedia4, problem is this files doesnt exist on the instal.. or the upgrade.. i will paste the server error

I have those files, so they do exist.

ChaosUTMedia4.u comes with ChaosUT version 1.0 and
ChaosUTMedia5.u is included in the upgrade to version 1.1

What's your Chaos version history?

I'm wondering if you might have installed the CUT v1 to 1.1 upgrade on top of the version that comes on the GOTYE disk. If that's the case you'll need to download the CUT V1.1 Full.
(or the slightly smaller V1.0 Full if indeed you have the V1 to V1.1 upgrade, as was pointed out in another post here...)

If I'm wrong, someone will be along shortly to help you....
