And you are right about the screenshots section. However, it seems at the moment we are ahead in coding, compared to models. So much of our sshots have 'placeholders' in them, instead of actual model.
I could show you a sshot of some SwordArena testing I did, but you would see a minigun instead of a sword. Hehe. (long metal model - closest thing we had handy
)

Ok, so that's 2 instead of one. Sue me. But now remember, these are beta pics, and no graphics you see in them are necessarily final. Things will change. The 1st pic shows a vortex, and if you look close, you can see that it is pulling in a passing rocket, and a xloc disc. The 2nd pic is not a vortex.
Thank you for offering to help beta test. Beta testing is the area I humbly attempt to take care of, and for the moment, I think we have enough testers. However, this
will change. It's just the way things go. Sometimes folks sign up to help test, and then later on things change, and they no longer have the time, or whatever. Stuff happens.
I will tell you that with rare exceptions, when I need another tester, I look to those whom I have either played Chaos with, or I have seen playing online. Of course that doesn't apply yet to UT2, but it will soon. It just makes sense to use those who are playing the mod already, and are familiar with it.
So keep playing Chaos sir, and I will keep you in mind. If you are still around and playing in future, you will almost certainly get your chance.
