Ahhh there is a fix for this..shuri remember what it was?

Can you try this:

Can you do me a favour? Open ChaosUT2.ini, go to the section with Paths= lines in, and delete the two upl lines (Paths=../ChaosUT2/Players/*.upl and Paths=../System/*.upl), then retry.

See if that helps.
