As always we try to fix every bug. But the sad truth is we miss some. Please report all bugs you find here so we can work to ensure they are corrected for in the next version.

AFAIK, the patch hasn't been greenlighted for public release yet.
Epic has gave us every indication that the patch will be made public very soon. You have two choice. Download the UT2004 patch (mirror at BeyondUnreal) and play Chaos Now. Or wait till the patch is public then get install that.
Part of the rules for the MSU contest is that the mod has to be public. So we were forced into it. Remember we said we would have waited if there was no dead-line. This is another reason why we wanted to wait.

Yeah. I'm familiar with the the discussions on the mod and server list. For server and players if you not able to see vCTF maps in chaosctf in map vote check your chaosut2.ini for [Engine.GameInfo] section and make sure the votinghandler is set to:
VotingHandlerType=ChaosGames.ChaosUT_xVotingHandler
or you can do this.
Replace the default.ini with this one:
VotingHandlerType=ChaosGames.ChaosUT_xVotingHandler

Remove your ChaosUT2.ini and you will be set. Sorry about that. But it looks like an older default.ini file got in.[URL]

But we need some good maps to choose from. I know we just released yesterday...., but we're not getting any younger.

There have been quite a few at least halfway decent maps released since the days when maps like Bloodgulch, and conversions like ArticStronghold were giving the game type a bad name.
